We are open from 05:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 365 days a year, so you always have access to our gym—whether you prefer an early morning session or a late evening workout. With a single membership, you get access to all our facilities, so you can train at the gym that suits you best.
Our gym is designed to provide you with the best workout experience. We have large, airy spaces with various workout zones, so you can train in comfortable surroundings. Whether you enjoy strength training, cardio, or functional training, you'll find everything you need here. We have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for all fitness levels.
We offer a variety of group classes at our gym. Join motivating and energetic classes that give you an extra boost in your training. You can check our group class schedule further down the page for more information on times and offerings.
For your comfort, our gym offers modern changing rooms with showers and lockable lockers, so you can safely store your belongings while you work out.
We understand that life can vary, so we give you the option to freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year.

Trening har alltid vært en stor del av livet mitt, og jeg brenner for en aktiv og sunn hverdag. Jeg har erfaring fra ulike idretter, styrketrening og utholdenhet, og vet hvor mye god fysisk aktivitet kan bety – både for kroppen og for hverdagslivet. Jeg er autorisert fysioterapeut og jobber som helseveileder med et helhetlig fokus: trygg og målrettet trening, gode vaner og bærekraftige valg som gir mer energi, overskudd og mestring i hverdagen. Med utgangspunkt i din kropp, dine mål og din hverdag lager vi planer som fungerer – ikke bare i teorien, men i praksis. Jeg tilbyr både fysisk og digital veiledning, og legger stor vekt på tett oppfølging, realistiske mål og en prosess der du føler deg sett og trygg gjennom hele reisen. Målet er at du skal oppleve fremgang, få mer funksjon, redusere begrensninger og kjenne at treningen gir deg mer livskvalitet.
