The center has changing rooms and lockers, so you can store your belongings safely while you work out.
We understand that life can change, so we offer the option to freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year.

I have 14 years of experience as a personal trainer and in my work I focus on a rational approach in both training and nutrition. The core of my program consists of evaluating the individual needs of a person and helping them reach a balance between workouts, nutrition and daily life. I make sure to explain a lot, so my clients can feel comfortable in their training and ultimately learn how to keep themselves in shape. Motivation, life coaching and taking care of proper nutrition are an integral part of my personal training and are meant to help my clients reach their goals in the shortest period possible together with maintaining the long-term progress.
Karoline har stor lidenskap for trening og kosthold og ønsker å hjelpe andre med å finne glede og trygghet i treningen. Karoline har kunnskap innen blant annet muskelvekst, trening for maksimal styrke og vektreduksjon, og brenner for å hjelpe kundene med å nå sine mål med et treningsprogram som er tilrettelagt. På fritiden holder Karoline aktivt på med idretten styrkeløft og konkurrerer i knebøy, benkpress og markløft.
