With one membership, you get access to all Feel24 locations across Norway.

Regardless of your goals or training experience, a personal trainer can help you make your training more effective and motivating.

Just as important as fitness expertise, however, is the ability to see your needs, wishes and assumptions. Therefore, the first PT agreement begins with a thorough review of your expectations and goals.

Silje Simensen Plassen

Silje er utdannet personlig trener og kostholdsveileder gjennom Active Education. Hun er allsidig og har vært aktiv hele livet med blant annet turn, sykling, styrketrening, løping og ski. Hun har lang erfaring fra turnmiljøet og har trent barn og ungdom siden hun var 13 år. Hun har en rekke kurs via Norges gymnastikk og turnforbund. Hun er opptatt av fysisk aktivitet, helse og livsstil og brenner for å hjelpe folk til å klare å få til en varig endring når det kommer til trening og kosthold. Silje kan hjelpe deg med å legge en god treningsplan og motivere deg på veien til å nå dine mål, der glede og mestring skal være i fokus!
