Feel24 Balanse is the place where body and mind come together. In the middle of a busy day, we offer you a peaceful space to recharge, stay active, and unwind. You’ll find a perfect blend of physical training and mental wellness in a calm, modern setting.
Our center is equipped with top-tier strength and cardio machines, and we offer daily group classes with personal guidance in small, intimate groups. We also have a wellness area with a hot tub and various types of saunas – ideal for recovery and relaxation after your workout.
We’re open 365 days a year, so you can work out whenever it suits you. One membership gives you access to all Feel24 locations across Norway. You also have the option to freeze your membership for up to two months per year at no extra cost.
Feel24 Balanse is an 18+ center and requires a separate membership to access the gym and spa facilities. This ensures a calm and focused environment, whether you’re here to train, relax – or both.

Just as important as fitness expertise, however, is the ability to see your needs, wishes and assumptions. Therefore, the first PT agreement begins with a thorough review of your expectations and goals.
Jeg har en Bachelorgrad i trening, helse og prestasjon fra Nord universitet. Mitt ønske er å bidra til at du skal nå dine mål, uavhengig om det innebærer skadeforebygging, styrketrening eller trening for muskelvekst. Gjennom min kompetanse vil jeg hjelpe deg med livsstilsendringer, sunnere vaner og optimalisere treningen din. jeg er opptatt av at treningen skal være tilpasset ditt utgangspunkt og dine behov. Målet mitt er å se deg som menneske! Jeg ønsker å dele min kunnskap for å bygge selvtillit og trygghetsfølelse på treningssenteret.
Å være personlig trener for meg, betyr å se deg for den du er. Bli kjent med deg som person, dine mål og eventuelle begrensninger. Det handler ikke om å snu hverdagen på hodet, men heller å dele kunnskap og gjøre små endringer, slik at vi sammen klarer å skape en hverdag du trives med idag, men også i mange år fremover. Min kompetanse ligger i rehabilitering av skader og begrensninger i muskler og ledd.
