For meg er det viktig at treningen oppleves som variert, motiverende og morsom. Du får en skreddersydd treningsplan ut ifra din fysiske form, mål og preferanser slik at vi oppnår de resultatene du ønsker. Jeg har jobbet som personlig trener siden 2014 og kombinerer denne jobben som muskelterapeut. Som muskelterapeut behandler jeg ulike former for muskel- og skjelettplager og jobber tett opp imot landslagsutøvere både før og under store mesterskaper. Muskelterapeut - Som Muskelterapeut jobber jeg med behandling av ulke muskel- og skjelettplager. Dette innebærer i stor grad de tradisjonelle vondtene, som eksempelvis nakkesmerter, skuldersmerter, hofte, korsrygg, kne osv. Så lenge det er noe som er vondt jobber jeg med det. Behandlingsmetodene jeg bruker er dyp massasje, medisinsk akupunktur, akupressur, tøyinger og en metode som kalles Graston tecnique for å komme enda dypere ned i muskelvev
