We’re open from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM, 365 days a year, so you can work out whenever it suits you.
One membership gives you access to all our gym locations across the country.

Flexible Membership – Pause When You Need To

Need a break? You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year, completely free of charge.

Modern Training Facilities with Everything You Need

Work out in a brand new, modern gym area equipped with:

  • Treadmills, bikes, and rowing machines

Digital personal trainer

We offer digital follow-up of Personal Trainer with us. With digital follow-up, you get a tailored training plan, dietary guidance and access to your specialist in your own app. Your supervisor will follow up with you regularly through video calls and chat. Get in touch with the supervisor of your choice for a non-binding chat, so that together you can find out what suits you!
