Information

We are open 24/7, 365 days a year so that you can train exactly when it suits you! At the same time, you can train at all our departments in the chain with one and the same membership. In addition, you have the option to freeze the membership for up to 2 months. a year.

Training in large and airy premises, divided into different zones so that you can train in comfortable surroundings. The center has changing rooms with showers and cupboards for storage.

Regardless of your goals or training experience, a personal trainer can help you make your training more effective and motivating.

Just as important as fitness expertise, however, is the ability to see your needs, wishes and assumptions. Therefore, the first PT agreement begins with a thorough review of your expectations and goals.

Camilla Nysted

Camilla har jobbet som personlig trener i 7 år og tidligere jobbet på SATS Storo, og elsker jobben om å hjelpe andre til å bli en bedre versjon av seg selv. Hun har selv en variert treningsbakgrunn som utøver innenfor Kickboxing, CrossFit, fotball og langrenn. Min motivasjon som personlig trener er at trening skal gi deg overskudd i hverdagen, godt humør og treningsglede som vil hjelpe deg til å holde en god helse livet ut. «Det virker alltid umulig helt til det er gjort. Jeg har alltid trodd at hvis du bestemmer deg for å lykkes, så har du allerede gjort det. Jeg vil gjøre mitt beste for å tilpasse treningen etter dine behov og målsettinger.
