Intro to CrossFit

Curious about CrossFit but not sure where to start?

Our Beginner CrossFit Course gives you a safe and thorough introduction to the training method – no prior experience required.

This course is perfect for anyone new to CrossFit, new to training in general, or anyone who wants to learn the basic techniques from the ground up. You’ll receive close guidance and focus on proper movements, so you can train safely, effectively, and confidently from your very first session.
